South Indian Cuisines- Make you crazy to eat


Cuisines of south India gives you extensive options or dishes to the food lovers like Idli, Dosa, Uttapam and etc. All these items are most loved across the India. The process to cook in four southern states of India is same, namely, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu. Rice is considered as an important part in the dishes of southern India and usually you can find pickles, vegetable, chutneys, papad, Rice in their plate.  

Tamil Nadu – The people of Tamil Nadu is very foodie and always they experiment in their cooking.  Chettinad cookery is popular in Tamil Nadu or you can go for Sappadu dishes as it is a “Thali” which includes Puliyodarai, Idli and Dosa.

Andhra Pradesh – The cuisines of this city is popular around the India. The city serves you best blend of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Hyderabadi biryani is world-wide popular and mostly rotates just about non-veg dishes. People love to enjoy the cuisines of Andhra Pradesh.                                      

Kerala - In Kerala food are served on banana leaves and a great blend of spicy vegetables and rice. Mostly all the foods in Kerala is prepared from coconut oil and rich spices which enhance the taste of cuisines. Karnataka – The state Karnataka is considered as the originator of the famous Masala Dosa. Udupi is the popular cuisine of this region and people find it one of the best dishes of Karnataka.  Gojju, Masala Dosa, Palya, Bisi bele bath, jola roti, and idli are very famous dish of here.
